Tuesday March 24th at 6:45pm Dr. Tara Deubel, of the University of South Florida, will speak about her field research in Algeria, Morocco and the Western Sahara from 2006-2009. Deubel's talk will highlight the central role of Sahrawi women in the social and political life of the refugee camps and the ongoing struggle for self-determination in the Western Sahara.
