You are invited to participate in the spring 2020 book discussion at the University of Pittsburgh. The book selected is Jihad, Radicalism and the New Atheism by Mohammad Hassan Khalil.
Jeanette S. Jouili, Associate Professor, Department of Religious Studies at the University of Pittsburgh will facilitate the book discussion.
Funding for these three participants is provided by the U.S. State Department's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs through an agreement with CAORC

2020 Faculty Development Seminar on Palestine Travel Fellowships
A FUNDED program for full-time community college/university faculty is the Palestinian American Research Center’s Faculty Development Seminar on Palestine. Bilateral US-Arab Chamber’s annual Teachers Educating Across Cultures in Harmony (TEACH) Fellowship program. You would travel to Bahrain for a week in March (probably March 7-13). The US Department of State is offering full funding for schools wanting to start or grow a Chinese or Arabic language program by sending you a Chinese, Egyptian, or Moroccan teacher through the Teachers of Critical Languages Program (TCLP) - https://www.americancouncils.org/programs/teachers-critical-languages-pr....
