Announced by the University of Pittsburgh Glasgow Caledonian University leads the EU Horizon funded project, D.Rad: DeRadicalisation in Europe and Beyond: Detect, Resolve, Reintegrate (https://dradproject.com/). The project is delivered in 17 European and non-European sites; Austria, Bosnia, Finland, France, Germany, Georgia Hungary, Italy, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kosovo, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. Prof. Umut Korkut leads the project in Glasgow, UKalong with Principal Investigators in the 16 other countries. |

The Association of Middle East Anthropology (AMEA) is hosting an inaugural photo contest to recognize and showcase the incredible work of our scholars. We invite all anthropologists (graduate students, junior and senior faculty, and independent scholars) whose work focuses on the Middle East and North Africa Region to submit up to three photos which best capture their work. Winners of this contest will have their photos showcased on our website (http://www.mideastanthro.com), as well as our social media pages. |
