Join CCAS and the MESA Global Academy for a webinar with Dr. Saja Al Zoubi, Lecturer in Global Development Studies at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Canada, and MESA Global Academy Scholar.

Dr. Al Zoubi will present her research on Syrian refugee communities, examining the socioeconomic strategies these communities have developed to navigate displacement and foster collaboration with civil society, institutions, and governments. She will also address critical issues related to gender and gender-based violence, analyzing their implications within both refugee and host country contexts. This event will be moderated by CCAS professor Dr. Rochelle Davis.
