The Art of Interviewing: The Case of Writing the Political History of Iraq

The Center for Contemporary Arab Studies invites you to a lecture by Dr. Toby Dodge, Professor of International Relations at the London School of Economics. Dr. Toby Dodge will present on interviewing techniques for qualitative research, and how collecting data through interviews has shaped his work throughout his career. Dr. Dodge will specifically discuss Iraq as a case study. This lecture is part of the required CCAS curriculum in the course Studying the Arab World. This talk will be moderated by Dr. Joseph Sassoon.
